APW-Mayville will be sponsoring the Eleventh Annual Walleye Fishing Tournament on June 5, 2004.

1. Entrance fee is $40.00 per boat. Two fishermen per boat. At least one fisherman must be an employee or former employee of APW-Mayville, or a customer or a vendor.

2. No morning check in time. The whole Winnebago system is open. This includes Poygan, Winneconne and Butte-des-Morts. You may not start fishing until 5:00 a.m.

3. Tournament starts at 5:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. You must be checked in at Parkway lanes at or by 1:00 P.M. For every minute late you are deducted 2 oz. All contestants must be present to qualify for awards.

4. Walleyes must be 15 inches, no saugers allowed. Daily bag limit is 5 fish per fisherman. Ten fish per boat, unless changes of daily bag limit are made by the D.N.R.

5. Winners will be determined by greatest weight of fish combined. In case of a tie, your heaviest fish wins.

6. Cash payments will be pro-rated on boat entries in tournament.

7. This will be a one-day tournament, rain or shine.

8. Anyone interested in fishing and does not have a partner let us know and we will try to set you up with someone, boat or no boat.

10. You people are on the HONOR system, SO PLEASE BE GOOD SPORTSMEN. Thank you and have a great fishing tournament.

11. Entry deadline is Friday May 21, 2004. Any late entries will be charged $10.00

12. Any person that thinks any fish is illegal point it out that day of the tournament or winners will be announced and that’s final.

1. $10.00 of each fee goes toward lunch and Prize money.

2. $10.00 of each fee goes toward Raffle prizes.
